Submission of an application does not guarantee your acceptance. Space Fees are non-refundable. However, if your application is rejected, your Space Fee will then be refunded. Table, Chairs, Overhead Tents are not furnished, but recommended. There will be a Sign-in Trailer/Tables where you will be assigned a space number on the day of the event.
